Introduction
ScotPHN developed national guidance to support NHS Boards based on material gathered and discussions undertaken locally and nationally. Published in April 2013, the final guidance is available on this page. Supporting material obtained during its development and received as part of the on-going work to mitigate the impact of welfare reform can be found in the Resources Welfare Reform section of this website.
