Introduction
ScotPHN has developed guidance on fuel poverty in conjunction with NHS Health Scotland. This coincides with the report “A Scotland without fuel poverty is a fairer Scotland: Four steps to achieving sustainable, affordable and attainable warmth and energy use for all” by the Fuel Poverty Strategic Working Group, chaired by Professor David Sigsworth.

In addition, Changeworks produced a series of fuel poverty maps on behalf of ScotPHN in August 2015. There is one for each local authority area. These can be found here. Due to licencing restrictions, access is limited to local SDsPH.
